Security & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
Core hosting runs on Hetzner servers in Germany. PlotonIQ uses encryption, tenant separation, JWT authentication and audit logs. Some cloud and AI features use documented subprocessors under the safeguards described in the DPA.
Is PlotonIQ GDPR compliant?
Yes. Multi-tenancy with strict data separation, JWT authentication, audit logs and data processing agreement (DPA) included.
