These Terms of Service govern the use of the PlotonIQ SaaS platform, operated by Björn K., K-Werbetechnik.
2. Subject Matter
PlotonIQ provides a web-based software for quoting, job management, and customer communication in the signage industry.
3. Registration
Usage requires registration. Users are responsible for securing their credentials.
4. Scope of Service
Features depend on the selected plan. AI features use external API services and may vary in availability.
5. Pricing
Current prices are listed on the pricing page. Billing is monthly. AI credits are charged separately.
6. Cancellation
The contract can be cancelled monthly. After cancellation, data remains available for 30 days before deletion.
7. Privacy

8. Liability
PlotonIQ is not liable for outages of external AI services or data loss due to force majeure. Liability is limited to the monthly usage fee.
9. Changes
Changes to these terms will be announced via email. Objection within 14 days entitles immediate cancellation.
10. Governing Law
German law applies. Jurisdiction is the operator's registered office.
